Questions people ask
Who sees home addresses?
Only the people who need it for delivery: whoever runs birthdays at your company, and us. Each person enters their own address; coworkers never see it, and anyone can decline to share and still get the card.
What about allergies and dietary needs?
Everyone ranks their top three from the Nothing Bundt Cakes menu, two of which are made with gluten-free ingredients, and can flag gluten free, vegan, nut allergy, kosher, or no dessert at all. The cake fits the person eating it.
What if someone would rather skip their birthday?
They opt out once and we honor it. No card, no cake, no reminders. Nobody at work sees a thing.
Do people need an account?
Not to sign a card, and not to get one. Anyone can create a free account to keep every card they've signed and received in one place, and admins use theirs to run the calendar.
How does billing work?
Flat monthly plans by team size, starting free. Plus is $9 a month for up to 50 people. Bigger than that, get in touch and we set up Enterprise around how your company works. Cards and invoices live with Stripe; we never see the card number.
